America Home Pros, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Oakdale, California, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information provided through americahomepros.com, our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, telephone inquiries, water-test bookings, and customer-service communications.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information: your name, telephone number, email address, and address, city, state, or ZIP code when you provide them.
- Inquiry and appointment details: requested services, preferred appointment date and time, referral or representative name, and messages or notes you submit.
- Water-test answers: whether you own or rent, your water source, existing filtration, and water concerns you choose to report.
- Customer-service and review information: complaints, communications, and review information used to respond to you.
- Technical information: hosting and embedded-service providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, and operational logs when you visit the site.
Facebook lead forms collect the fields shown on that form. We receive the information you submit or authorize Meta to provide to us. Please do not include payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in lead forms or free-text notes.
2. How we use information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss water testing and filtration services, arrange and confirm appointments, provide requested service, resolve customer concerns, and maintain relevant business records. We also use information as needed to operate and secure our website and meet legal obligations.
Our follow-up to Facebook leads is by telephone call about your request. Submitting a lead form does not enroll you in a marketing text or email campaign. Any separate permission for such communications must be obtained separately. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
3. How we share information
We do not sell customer leads or share them with other businesses for their own marketing.
Information may be accessed by our authorized staff and processed by service providers to handle your request and operate our services, including:
- Lovable Cloud and website hosting providers for storing website booking and customer-service records and supporting staff access.
- Twilio and Gmail/Google for internal text and email notifications to our team. These alerts can include your contact details, appointment information, form answers, and notes so we can follow up.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you use its lead forms. Meta operates those platforms under its own privacy policy.
- Website content and AI service providers where relevant: our blog uses Soro embedded content, and our review tools can send review text to an AI service to draft a response for staff approval. Booking leads are not sent to that review-drafting tool.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or where necessary to protect legal rights or safety. We do not publish private lead or complaint submissions as customer reviews. Selected customer review information may be displayed publicly on our website.
4. Storage, security, and retention
Website appointment requests and private customer complaints are stored electronically in Lovable Cloud. Copies of booking or complaint details may also be held in internal notification emails and text messages. Our staff schedule and customer-service tools require staff sign-in and restrict access by assigned roles. We use access controls to protect information, but no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
We retain lead information for follow-up unless you ask us to stop. When you ask us to stop, we stop lead follow-up and remove your lead information from our active lead records. You can also request removal of related notification copies. Information required for completed service records or legal obligations may need to be retained; provider backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
5. Your choices and privacy requests
To stop calls, correct your information, ask what information we hold, or request deletion, contact us at info@americahomepros.com or (209) 499-8564. You may also tell our representative during a call that you do not want further contact. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, but do not send sensitive identity documents by email.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing where those laws apply. We do not sell leads or share them for another business's marketing. We will handle applicable requests and may verify your identity before disclosing or deleting information. You will not be penalized for exercising rights provided by law.
6. Cookies and third-party websites
Staff sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session. Hosting and embedded services may use their own cookies or similar technologies; browser settings can help you manage them. Third-party links and embedded content are subject to the providers' own practices. This policy does not control how Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party services independently collect or use information.
You can review Meta's policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
7. Children's privacy
Our services and lead forms are intended for adults seeking home services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address removal.
8. Policy changes and contact
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact:
